Combining Balance, Agility, Strength, Endurance, Flexibility, Intensity, and Technique all into one exciting and motivational class!
When do I go to class?
BaseFIT is a results-driven conditioning program. You will attend 3 separate hour-long sessions per week for four weeks. If desired, you may attend more sessions at no additional cost. Boot Camps are conducted in an indoor, military-style environment using the most progressive, innovative, and creative exercises and fitness. This is no ordinary exercise program!
What kind of exercises will I do?
BaseFIT workouts include, but are not limited to, cardiovascular, speed and endurance, partner resistance, strength training, dumbbells, barbells, tires, and agility. We expand your fitness horizons with work capacity training, prowler prattle racing, group challenges, kickboxing, medicine ball drills, plyometrics, box drills, obstacle course, zoo animals, turf drills, and 20 versions of the military standard push-up and sit up!
