Glen Rogers - Owner
Glen earned his Bachelor's Degree from UW-Eau Claire in 2002. From there, an internship at the University of Arizona landed him a Graduate Assistant position as a Strength and Conditioning coach at North Dakota State University. Earning a Certified Strength and Conditioning Certificate, Glen moved back to Wisconsin with dreams of opening his own gym. Always learning and striving to improve his clients and his own personal health, fitness, and life goals, he is always looking for challenges and possibilities to grow.
